Okay, had a bit of a search of the mailing list archive and found a Clover
license, so I added it to the pom, sadly its out of date!

I'll check with Atlassian and see if we can get a renewal, the old one was
licensed for all org.apache.* packages so all projects could use it,
hopefully we can get another one the same.
