I think this is solvable with a filter... however i could see a case where someone might only
cared about following JIRA issues and didn't want all the svn commits flooding their inbox...
so i guess that makes me a +1

I'm +0 on this Gav mainly b/c JIRA dev happens in spurts, but with
a filter can be dealt with.

I like the clean separation of auto generated emails though, so I
get that.
