Hi Chris,

I've committed the patches for OODT-449, 452 and 453 and set the JIRA
issues to 'resolved' (hope this is ok!).

Would you like me to do anything more for the main issue 402?  Or if
everything is ok, I could close it if all of the basic steps are
complete.
