Brian thanks for pushing this. I heard that Paul Ramirez was going to roll a broken release,

at which point I would be chastised for breaking the workflow build (kidding!) :)

Tell you what. Fixed or not, I'm going to roll an RC if no one beats me to it by Monday. Let's
get 0.4 out the door.
