Yep +1 I was going to suggest the same thing, SK.

Luca: you can subscribe to builds@apache.org and chat
with the build folks about Jenkins there. I'm on the list and from 
time to time send them messages about the auto build. I'd chalk
this one up to the Jenkins slave it ran on having too many open files
or something.
