Hi krittaya,

Depending on the components and dependencies you want to visualize, you will
more than likely need to install from the base directory, as many of the
modules depend on one another.

Please make sure of your version by doing a mvn --version.  Depending on
when you installed maven, there has been a Mac Java Update in recent weeks
that automatically updates your maven to 3.0.  Also, as stated before, be
sure to skip the tests using -DskipTests=true .
