Thanks Paul.

I gave you admin perms as one of the owners of oodt at Cheeseshop and updated all over there
to ASLv2 license and the Home page URL link.

Basically I would:

1. add this step to the release guide: after 3 +1s do this:
   - cd $OODT/agility
   - python setup.py bdist_egg sdist register publish

2. also make sure before you put out the RC source tarball to not just update the java versions
to 0.2 but also the agile oodt one in agility.

All set!
