Luca Cinquini resolved OODT-544.

    Resolution: Fixed

Implemented. The two resource files cas-filemgr-schema.mysql and cas-filemgr-core-schema-oracle.sql
contain examples on how to define the "products" table with a "product_id" column of type
string, and an additional "product_datetime" column of type datetime to allow for sorting
of products.

> Currently, the FM DataSourceCatalog assumes that the primary key "product_id" in table
"products" is of type integer. In some situations, it might actually need to be a string such
as a UUID.
