James,
What Yashwant is suggesting to follow steps below;
1. Browse to URL shared by Yashwant.
2. Click on continue button.
3. You will see the workeffort id screen to select, ignore it and click on
continue.
4. On next page Add an item to cart.
5. Click on Finalize Order.
6. You will see the screen where you can select agreement ID to select.
