Thanks Ashish for the page update.

I have just given Rehan edit privileges (you need Confluence admin privileges to do that)

I checked Rehan has not yet a Jira username (at least I did not find it). It's necessary to put him in the Jira contributor group (you need Jira admin 
privileges to do that)
