I created the OFBiz blog long time ago. It was a personnal decision and was intially not endorsed
by the PMC. IIRW we (PMC= decicdd that we should rather use the MLs or official ways like
ASF PRC.

We finally never used it though it could be used, some TLP projects does so http://blogs.apache.org/

BTW note that there is nothing like "Main New Features in Branch", new features go only in
trunk. Only bug fix get into branches releases. Or did you speak about specialised branches
like webhelp-2012-12-07?
