Hi Justin,

What jars do you have in lib?  Any sub-folders?

You could also try replacing:
<fileset dir="${ofbiz.dir}/specialpurpose/subscriptions/lib" includes="*.jar"/>
<fileset dir="lib" includes="*.jar"/>
