Done. I found some broken links and put them in the historical section. If you think they are
alive, please check them again, and 
put them back in the second table (I did not check the 1st, more complete, table)

Also if you are aware of sites not present in this page please put a comment at bottom with
relevant informations and we will update 
the page with your informations. For instance it would be interesting to know about more sites
around the world (this thread was 
about Brasil at the beginning for instance)
