Thank you for the report [~iwolf]! I suspect it may be cause by my recent refactoring (which is a work in progress) of the web filter chains of OFBiz.
I am looking at it now, the error log was useful but it would greatly help if you could also provide the steps to recreate the issue (i.e. which screen you have used etc..)
