I think eclipse, createComponent and also JavaDoc can stay where they are. The are used by
both committers and non-committers. The things that should move away are the ones I mentioned
above because they are very specific to our buildbot / websbite / demo environments and are
not used outside that context. The reason I put my comment above though is:
- Highest priority is to "not add" more committer tasks to the master build.gradle
- Then, second highest priority is to remove existing committer tasks and put them elsewhere
(as discussed above)
- Then finally (least important or as you said, more long-term) replace the tools scripts
with a nicer cleaner implementation.
