NIFI-6551: Improve PutKudu timestamp handling

Uses `DataTypeUtils.toTimestamp` when writing to Kudu
timestamp (`UNIXTIME_MICROS`) columns. This allows
us to use the `row.addTimestamp` API and get much more
intuitive and predictable timestamp ingest behavior.

> Currently users need to convert timestamps to micros when writing to Kudu. This is not
only painful, but often surprising. We should improve the PutKudu processor to handle the
Timestamp type more transparently/seamlessly.
