    Description: The issue is that if the response something other than 200, the code still
tries to get the Content-Disposition header which won't be there, and then throws IllegalStateException,
but really there should have been a specific exception for things like a 404.  (was: The client
is looking for capitalized "Content-Disposition", but the REST end-point produces "content-disposition".)
