[~dust2sleep] the property is not defined because there's no property named "JSON Paths".
Rather, the user must click the "+" icon in the top-right corner there to add 1 or more user-defined
property. The name of the property will become the name of the field in the Record that is
created, while the value of the property must be a valid JSONPath Expression to evaluate against
the incoming JSON. This is a common pattern, where the user must add 1 or more properties
to properly configure the component.
