Mr TheSegfault commented on MINIFICPP-964:
------------------------------------------

[~nghiaxlee] Can you provide the full log? We get very aggressive on reload and will/should
roll back on any failures.; however, as I see that code appears to log an exception. Is this
with a change?

Are you suggesting that the process blocks entirely or that the config will not be updated
and thusly we'll report a failure through command and control?

> I tried to publish new config for a class which contains CaptureRTSPFrame processor.
In the onTrigger function of that processor, there are 2 lines:
> video_capture_.open(rtsp_url_);
>  video_backend_driver_ = video_capture_.getBackendName();
>
> Which can cause an exception.
> It leads to a block in the middle of reloading config process. Thus, the config.yml will
not be updated.
