[~pvillard] I've read the description, yet I am still not getting as to what is the value
for this. I am definitely missing something, but may be you can clarify a bit more. . . may
be a more concrete use case that it would address? I know you mentioned join, but there is
no guarantee that "all required" will arrive at the pre-defined time, right? Anyway, help
me out here ;)
