Always in favor of attracting new contributors to the project.

Do we need to manually submit each request manually or is there a way we can automate submitting
our "beginner" tagged Jiras (assuming that's what we want to do)?

I believe the way helpwanted is supposed to work is a new person
browses to a specific task and then signs up to work on it, so I
suspect an umbrella entry wouldn't work.
