    Unless I dropped something, I took what we were discussing last Thursday with fixes for
the content buffer size and resolving the Tika version conflicts.  I still think the Mimetype
can be useful, if the mimetype alread exists it can certainly be filtered from hitting ExtractMediaMetadata,
but if files are hitting the processor without a mimetype this allows the user to specify
the files types for which they want attributes.  Yes, it will still be processed, but it will
prevent adding the attributes where not desired.
