WIP: Partial implementation of Scala scripting support (attached NIFI-210.patch).  Unit tests
fail and highlight a classloader issue.  It seems that evaluating a Scala script before a
Javascript script causes a different classloader to be used for subsequent Javascript evaluations.

Other supported languages do not seem impacted by Scala scripting.
