Subject [jira] [Commented] (NIFI-165) The start script,, does not work on Mac OS X
Date Sat, 13 Dec 2014 03:50:13 GMT

Joseph Witt commented on NIFI-165:

Ok great. If you don't mind please do try the develop branch instead of master. Master was
just our initial code contrib. Once we have release then master will again adjust.

I'll put a note on the site to clarify this as well.

This is the ticket in which this was originally solved (we believe):

If you don't mind please try it and let us know.

> Unfortunately, Mac OS X does not handle the use of $0 to specify the name and path of
the script that is being executed as well as other *nix, instead it is being resolved to "."
in the script. As a result, calls to dirname and basename are failing.
