Subject RE: Problem with setting default JDK in NetBeans 11.1
Date Wed, 21 Aug 2019 12:08:22 GMT
I need to build to JDK 1.7
So how do I set JDK 1.7 as the default?

When I try to change the #netbeans_jdkhome to JDK1.7, I get an error when trying to start
Netbeans.

Hi Nelligan,

for example, /./etc/netbeans.conf

#netbeans_jdkhome="/path/to/jdk"

#netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_202"
#netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-9.0.4"
#netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-10.0.2"
netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-11.0.4"
#netbeans_jdkhome="C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-12.0.1"

Regards,
Kai

For now, you'll probably have to stick with NB 11.0.
