Ok so first the point is confusing, because it says:=C2=A0Clusters are comb=
ined to create download bundles:=C2=A0http://netbeans=2Eorg/downloads=2E
So clusters for downloading and clusters to have on the HDD are not the sa=
me, it seems so=2E

And the other thing is, why is PHP a cluster and HTML5/JavaScript not? Wha=
t are the differences?
