So first it seems that webcommon is what I was searching for but. I can read it twice and a
third time but the text will not change. I copied it:
4. Clusters are combined to create download bundles: http://netbeans.org/downloads[http://netbeans.org/downloads.] (Download
bundle is HTML5/JavaScript)
 
And yes I reada the points 1 - 3. But anyway webcommon is what I asked for, this is my fault
because I had seen the context for this. Thx.
 
I can join with my apache account to this document?

No. Read it again.

Look also at the 'webcommon' cluster, you'll find the HTML5/JavaScript
modules there.
