the producer for @Default @Logger is
core/impl/src/main/java/org/apache/myfaces/extensions/cdi/core/impl/logging/InstanceProducer.java

so this should be available.

Btw, I gonna rename this to LoggerProducer, drop the final and make it public. Maybe the missing
'public' on the class is the problem for Weld, who knows...
