now I'm using:

var requestQueue = TrPage.getInstance().getRequestQueue();
requestQueue.addStateChangeListener(myCallback2);

                function myCallback2(state)
                {
                    var busy = state == TrRequestQueue.STATE_BUSY;

                    if (!busy) {
                        addWidget();
                    }
                }
