Back in 1.0.9, the ExtensionsFilter was packaged as part of MyFaces core.

I'm guessing you meant MyFaces Core 1.1.6 and not 1.0.6, since the
oldest version we have in our archives is 1.0.9.

Either remove the references to the extensions filter from your
web.xml file or add in Tomahawk.
