Subject How do you make <t:inputFileUpload> work?
Date Thu, 18 Jan 2007 07:58:56 GMT

Hi All,

I have been desperately trying to make <t:inputFileUpload> component
work but I am facing a weird problem.

JSP code:

<t:inputFileUpload id="fileupload" value="#{loginController.upFile}"
accept="image/*" storage="file" maxlength="200000"/>

Managed bean code:

private UploadedFile upFile;

Getter and Setter methods for the same have been created as well.

When the page is submitted then the setter method for upFile does not
get called. There are other fields on the form for which the values are
set properly. The only property that always comes "null" is upFile.

Why will the setter method not get called?

Any help!!

Rgds,

Madhav
