Well,&nbsp; i try to create a CMS System, that can easily be modified.<br>
Each user get a generated JSP-File, that is cutomized for his needs.<br>
I want to create an admin-area, from which you can easily customize the basic webapplication,
If someone wants a new navigation case, he will get a form and enter
this (He dont need to know the technique beyond the webapplication).<br>

Then i modify the tiles.xml and the faces-config.xml at runtime.<br>
So i must change the webapp at runtime. <br>

web.xml for every change (touch the web.xml for redeployment) of the
basic configuration. The Webapp only reads the web.xml at the time of
the deployment.<br>

In my opinion i have to capabilities: I change my architecture or i
will find a way to get a flexible web.xml, or a workaround for this.<br>
Thanx for any suggestions.<br>
