Ok just tried it that does not seem to work:
<x:aliasBean alias="#{controller}" value="#{myController}">
	<x:aliasBean alias="#{holder}" value="#{testLocationForm}">
		<f:subview id="simulatedIncludedSubform1">
			<jsp:include page="../../inc/webobjects/bld.jsp" />
		</f:subview>

</x:aliasBean>
gives me a null pointer exception as soon as the #{controller} is hit in 
the include.

Caused by: javax.faces.el.PropertyNotFoundException: Base is null: 
controller
