First of all, In JSF 2.0/2.1 JSP was replaced with Facelets VDL, so it is strongly recommended
to use Facelets if you are going to use JSF 2.

I don't see in which situation a JSP tag should have to be be serialized. Maybe a use of jsp
c:forEach?, I don't think it is a bug, it is a misunderstanding. I'll close this issue as
invalid.
