Deprecate StateManager, point to StateManagementStrategy. In StateManagementStrategy, require
the use of the visit
API to perform the saving.

> Per spec it was decided long time ago to use tree visiting when state saving is performed.
The fix suppose deprecate org.apache.myfaces.SAVE_STATE_WITH_VISIT_TREE_ON_PSS param and remove
the unused code in DefaultFaceletsStateManagementStrategy . I tried to use visitTree when
the component is restored, but it doesn't work because the visitTree relies on the tree integrity.
ComponentModificationManager stuff was not included in JSF 2.2, so the best here is keep the
code as is, using invokeOnComponent to perform addition and removals.
