I see the problem. In this case I think we can use mctx.isRefreshingTransientBuild(), because
the first time the view is built, no mark/delete is required.

Ouch. It seems like something I forgot to change (stylesheets are always set as target head).
It should be valid for "head" and "body" ( "form" is not implemented ).
