Please note: this issue was fixed in MyFaces 2.0.3. There was a brief regression in a related area in MyFaces 2.0.12 and 2.1.6. It was fixed in 2.0.14 and 2.1.8. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-3554
