I attached a patch, just as reference, and committed the code. I created some classes to isolate
faces-config.xml parsing from facelets compiler configuration. After thinking about it, Compiler
class knows about how process a file, but CompilationManager is the one responsible to indicate
the "instructions" to process the files.
