the "hello_myfaces-codi_jsf20" demo now works with glassfish v3.1
(modification: pom.xml changed for using the jee6 libs provided by the container + changed
web.xml)

however, it looks like there is a glassfish bug. on some installations the deployment (of
the same war-file) fails.
in such cases weld can't find e.g. the config-beans provided by the api-modules for injecting
them in beans of the (corresponding) impl. module.
workaround for those installations use the all-in-one dist jar.
