Ok the bug is reproducable, the viewstate elements are really lost, it is a combination of
renderAll and a bug in our viewstate fix I assume. The response correctly delivers the entire
page and then delivers a separate viewState element, at that time the fix should kick in and
should apply new viewState elements because the new content does not have them and this seems
to fail one way or the other.
A fix is on the way and will be committed tomorrow.
