The problem is facelets 1.1.x tag lib usually references classes with dependencies to com.sun.facelets,
so if we allow read it we'll have another error later (maybe with trinidad 2.0 not).

Now, if you have a jsf 1.2 library, using this fact you can create another taglib and add
jsf 2.0 compatible classes (maybe in other jar) just to make it work in 2.0 like it was in
1.2.

The opposite does not happen, in other words, a jsf 2.0 library running in jsf 1.2 + facelets
1.1.x

I think the current behavior is preferred.
