h:outputText escape="false" does not work with initial request
--------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: MYFACES-2336
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-2336
             Project: MyFaces Core
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.1.7
         Environment: Tomcat 5.5.25
            Reporter: Jan Malach

<f:loadBundle var="msgs" basename="messages"/>
...
<h:outputText escape="false" value="#{msgs.indexNavHelpP1}"/>

where messages_cs.properties contains
indexNavHelpP1=Stručný náhled cesty zobrazíte kliknutím na položku
seznamu v pravém pravém panelu nebo kliknutím na ikonu v mapě.

The massages is written to resulting page with escaped characters by the initial request,
but when I reload page, characters are un-escaped.

In sun jsf-1.1_02-b08 implementation the message is un-escaped every time (even by the first
request). You can doublecheck this isssue by visiting
http://www.geotrips.eu/   (Sun RI) vs.
http://www.geotrips.eu/root-jsf-myfaces/  (myfaces-core-1.1.7)
switch to Čeština (czech lang right in main menu) and check the javascript popup with localized
text Nápověda (Help - right in the main menu).

Thanks
  webmaster@geotrips.eu
