With trs:tableFormLayout you can do this:

          <trs:tableFormLayout  width="200" columns="1*;2*;1*;2*"
vspace="5">
            <tr:inputText  ...>
                            <f:attribute name="spanXItem" value="3" />
            </tr:inputText>
            <tr:inputText label="First Name"  />
            <tr:inputText label="Last Name"  />
          </trs:tableFormLayout>

Instead to use two panelFormLayout with fixed width.
