Add tree node level info to allow different styles for nodes of different levels
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TOMAHAWK-1117
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMAHAWK-1117
             Project: MyFaces Tomahawk
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Tree2
         Environment: ALL
            Reporter: Dave

For tree2, each node is rendered as the following

<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"><tr><td width="19" height="100%"
valign="top"><img id="_idJsp65:vtreeMenu:_idJsp80:0:0:t2" src="/faces/myFacesExtensionResource/org.apache.myfaces.renderkit.html.util.MyFacesResourceLoader/11901660/tree2.HtmlTreeRenderer/images/spacer.gif"
border="0" height="18" width="19" /></td><td> HELLO FOO </td></tr></table>

If adding an span and id to table, for example

<span id="depth3">
<table id="0:1:2" ...> ....</table>
</span>

the first id is the node depth (1, 2, 3..) and the second id is the path from the root to
the node,

This allows users to apply different styles to nodes of different depths and specific nodes.

.depth3 {

}

#0:1:2 {

}
