Support manually adding SetActionListener
-----------------------------------------

                 Key: TRINIDAD-51
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-51
             Project: MyFaces Trinidad
          Issue Type: New Feature
    Affects Versions: 1.0.0-incubating-core
            Reporter: Adam Winer
            Assignee: Adam Winer
            Priority: Minor

When manually creating components, it'd be handy to be able to create a SetActionListener,
but the class is in the internal API, so it's not available. Consider moving this to the
public API, probably in package org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.event. However, it currently
extends FacesBean, and as a public class should not (that's an implementation detail - this
is HAS-A, not IS-A).
