sandbox modalDialog component doesn't hide underlying comboboxes on IE when viewId specified
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TOMAHAWK-990
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMAHAWK-990
             Project: MyFaces Tomahawk
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 1.1.6-SNAPSHOT
            Reporter: Catalin Kormos
         Assigned To: Catalin Kormos
            Priority: Minor
             Fix For: 1.1.6-SNAPSHOT

When viewId is specified, the onShow/onHide functions of the dojo dialog are used to set/clear
the inner iframe's location value. They should call the previous onShow/onHide functions first,
before doing anything else, as this way on IE looks like a certain step is lost, which makes
the comboboxes in the underlying page disapear while the dialog is showned.
