Subject [jira] Commented: (TOMAHAWK-646) InputDate ignores locale date format for today's date
Date Mon, 04 Sep 2006 09:59:23 GMT
    [ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMAHAWK-646?page=comments#action_12432474 ]

Peter Mahoney commented on TOMAHAWK-646:
----------------------------------------

Further investigation suggests that this is caused by the window being initialised on page
load, but the date format being passed on mouse click. What is the best approach to fix this
- should the initialisation occur lazily on the onclick, or should the date format somehow
be passed to the initialisation?

> inputDate does not seem to use the dateFormat parameter when formatting the "Today is"
date at the bottom of the popup. The date is always displayed in MM/dd/yyyy format, even though
the rendered javascript call is:
> ..._popUpCalendarForInputDate(\'datefield\',\'dd/MM/yy\');
