This patch has been in place long enough that it's unlikely to be reverted.

I'd recommend creating a new patch that adds back in EscapeCapable and open a new jira issue
with it.

Does escapeCapable mean anything for a radio button?   I haven't needed to use one yet, but
I'd think the escape-capable part would only be needed for the label component.
