We are booked on Wednesday, the 17th: - 20-30 people classroom style so you all will have desks - afternoon from 1pm to 5pm - 3pm break with refreshments - sodas and water. Maybe some light snacks? - LCD projector, one microphone, a screen and wireless mouse=20 =20 I'm open to the format, but I was thinking we could do it BOF-style with some short presentations and lots of Q&A.
