Works for me (complete with email to the commits list) ... thanks Martin!

I assume that granting karma to other authorized committers is just a matter
of editing the infrastructure subversion/asf-authorization file, right?  I'm
on the Incubator PMC, so karma for that shouldn't be a problem.
